About Us

Serving the Georgian Triangle Area, including North Dufferin County, Simcoe County and Grey County.  

Our area of service includes  the Towns of Collingwood, Stayner, Wasaga Beach, Thornbury, Meaford, Flesherton, Markdale, Lake Eugenia, Shelburne, Creemore and the Mulmur & Mono Hills.
 
We are centrally located in Clearview Township and have been dedicated to serving the local market since 1988.
 
We have a broad range of experience including Land Severances, Residential Properties, Farm and Rural Acreages, Waterfront and Recreational Properties, Ski Hills,Golf Courses, and Development and Construction Projects. 

We have had frequent experience with properties along the Niagara Escarpment and the Beaver Valley.
 
Our services include Reference Plans for land descriptions and severances, Surveyor's Real Property Reports for transactions and financing, Marking boundaries for fencing and property demarcation, Topographic Plans for planning and design purposes, Sketches for severance or zoning applications, Construction Stake Out for placement of new dwellings and buildings, Registry Office Searches and Reports to assist with  boundary matters including waterfront boundaries.  We can provide plans in the traditional paper print format as well as a licensed use of a PDF or CAD file to assist your design professional.
 
Our client list includes private land owners, residential and commercial builders, land developers, local Municipal Government, Planners and Engineering firms, and, on occasion, other professional  Surveying Firms. 

We are a recognized supplier to the Ontario Realty Corporation and have had dealings with various Conservation Authorities including the Bruce Trail Association and the Niagara Escarpment Commission.
